To be part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function.
Duties and Responsibilities
· To issue service and maintenance billings to residents
· To issue receipts for collections from residents
· To prepare cheques for approved payments to suppliers
· To maintain the register of residents and residents accounts
· To record accurately the building maintenance account & sinking fund account
· To do all other duties for the full set of computerized accounts
Skills / Attributes Required
· Candidates must possess at least SPM certificate and intermediate booking certificate
· Previous experience in full set accounts, general administration is an advantage
· Strong Microsoft especially Excel skills
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage)
· Good organization and administrative skills.
· Excellent attention to detail.
