·         12 x rental in any month of year 2012           - RM 5,200.00

Half day Seminar Package 2

·         12x rental in any month of year 2012            - RM 4,000.00

 ·           6x rental in any month of year 2012            - RM 2,000.00

·           3x rental in any month of year 2012            - RM 1,000.00

Notes:

ü  All payment must be settled before the first function/ event. Cash or cheque are accepted.

ü  Confirmation is required by signing the booking form together with 50% deposit of the total cost of the function.

ü  Full payment of the package selected must be made 3 days prior to the first function. ( Deposit paid is not refundable)

ü  The validity of the promotion package are until 1st April 2012.

ü  The booking of function date must be made by written notice, at least 1 month before the function date. The rooms are subject of the availability.

ü  Any cancellation has to be made by written notice, at least 1 month before the function date.

ü  A cancellation fee of will be imposed.

ü  Any postpone date of the function has to be made by written notice, at least 1 month of the function booking

     date. The rooms are subject of the availability.

ü  A postpone date is free for the first time but a fee will be imposed for the next postpone date.  The rooms are

     subject of the availability.

ü  All the promotions packages are valid only for year 2012. The rentals must be completed within year 2012.

ü  The management shall not held responsible for any lost of beloging of any of your guests or of any person 

     in your function.

ü  Smoking in Air-conditioned areas’ or meeting rooms is strictly not permitted.

ü  Foods or drinks will be provided upon request. Additional charges are apply.
