- Manage and co-ordinate help desk services, ensures all calls and issues are logged, escalated and resolved within specified timeframe
- Basic network knowledge and able to support Cisco devices
- Working in Microsoft Active Directory environment is preferred
- Plan and coordinate Business Continuity and use Recovery activities
- Identify and develop appropriate training for users from analysis of type of common problems
- Manage and coach support and training personnel
- Administer support and training personnel needs such as conducting appraisals, leave administration, etc
- Represents IT in post – production meetings/reviews with users and customers
- Act as the communication lead during disaster recovery situation
- Design and develop programs to support functions in this area
- Manages customer relationship and positive working attitude
At least 2 years of work experience in similar field
