Technical and Regulatory manager

• Manage and execute all necessary regulatory activities including, new product registrations and in –line variations, product license transfers, renewals and requisite post-market approval reports.
• Provide technical transfer to distributors and customers in the territory and coordinate the clinical trials as needed.
• Prepare and submit budgeted proposals for clinical and market support trials for internal approval
• Act as primary liaison to regulatory agencies e.g. MOH, DCA, Pesticide Board etc.
• Responsible for annual RE schedule and budgets for Pfizer animal health and work with regional team to submit the requested reports in systematic ways.
• Proactively evaluate market potential of new products, prepares and submits all regulatory body submissions to obtain, retain or renew marketing authorization.
• Responsible for regulatory affair in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and work with counterparts internally and with distributors to achieve the highest level of regulatory compliance and QA achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of country regulatory submissions and approvals and provide monthly tracking reports

Requirements:

• Malaysian License Veterinarian
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences and/or experience in related field and in veterinary practice will be an added advantage
• Already possess significant experience of Animal Health, Animal Nutrition or Veterinary Regulatory Affairs
• Good command of both written and spoken English
